Chick Help!!! One day old chick.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal looking for a chick that had a yoke sac not totally absorbed? She hatched yesterday, is eating, drinking, running around. I took her out of the incubator a day after hatching.

Is there something I should do? I put some bactician around the area.
