Chick help!!

Hello, my eggs are on day 6 one of the eggs has a very large embryo while the others have a very tiny embryo, is this normal?

are they all the same breed? I'd not worry about it too much I'd imagine the others will catch up even if they are a different breed as long as they are same species. Hope this helps a bit more info on breed how you got the eggs etc may help others give you better answers.
