Chick holding her wings down?

I got two chicks today that can't be over a few days old. One of them holds her wings down a little bit instead of tucked up like normal. She is also eating less than the other one, but she has eaten and drank some.

Should I do anything for her? Any idea what is wrong with her? They came from the feed store and they are Ancona.

Could she be too hot? All chickens droop their wings when they are trying to cool off.

I don't have pics.

The temperature is 89 on the hot side but the heat lamp is just at one end so they can move to the cooler side which is in the 70's. I have the feeder and the waterer in the middle. They are setting on the warm end right now.
