Chick Identification

Anyone know what these chicks are? They are all bantams.

Looks like they may be Silkies, with the feathered feet and crests (the second and third pics, I can't make the first one out to well). Looks like at least one is bearded. They should have 5 toes on each foot.

However, hatchery quality can vary and some might not have the correct amount of toes or beards.
