I had 7 successful hatches, one no hatch and one chick who hatched but is still in fetal position. It is day 23 in the incubator. Is there anything I can do for the chick. It is still breathing, it's eyes are open and its chirping.

Doesn't sound good, unfortunately. Any more than 8 hours in that position I would personally not hold out hope.it started piping on day 20. On day 21 it started zipping but it was kind of jagged. The other chicks that had hatch in that bator started pecking at its shell and rolling it back and forth which caused it to come off and now halfway through day 23 its still in fetal position.
Are you comfortable euthenizing him?which is okay with me, i understand the ups and downs. But my next question is.......what do I do with him?
If it shows no signs of improvement once fully dry, euthanize it by decapitation (head off with scissors) quickest and most pain free method to dispatch a chick.if that is what it takes then yes.
