Chick keeping one eye closed

I have a ISA brown chick that’s about 4-5 weeks old that has been keeping one eye closed the past few days. She is eating, drinking, hopping around, pooping fine and has no discharge from the eye or respiratory symptoms. What could be wrong with her? She does sleep a little more than the others, but doesn’t act lethargic. Should I be concerned?

Try flushing out the eye with saline and see if there's debris in the eye or she may have been pecked. Hard to know why she's keeping it closed. It could be a symptoms of an illness too, but first see if there's something simple going on.

Ok thank you. She isn’t showing any signs of illness and has had it closed for about 3 days. I tried to look but she won’t open it for me. And where can I get saline solution?

You can purchase saline at Walmart/CVS.
You can also make your own sterile solution - 1tsp of salt to 1 quart of water, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Let cool and use to flush out the eye. Can be stored in a sterilized jar for up to 24 hrs, then make new.
