Tip for helping assisting a sticky chick:

Wait 24rs from pip, wait to see if there's any progress, or attempt from the chick to start zipping, or not.

If no progress has been made within the hours of discovery, it should be safe to help. Assisting too early can cause the chick to bleed to death, or not have a fully absorbed yolk.

Assisting Materials:

Toothpick, or tweezers, a tip, water, or coconut oil, paper towel.

What I do is I remove some of the shell from the pip, remove some outer membrane, & moisten the inner membrane with coconut oil, or some water. Then let the chick try for awhile. If still no success repeat, a couple more times. If still no success, assist completely, moistening the membrane as you go along so you don't pull fluff of the chick.
