It's way, way, way more plausible than a 3-4 week old chick laying an egg.No one planted it
That would make more sense than the chick laying it but there isnt a way for a wild bird to get into the brooder

Sure, but my coop was locked up. No one aside from myself was able to get in and I definitely didnt plant itIt's way, way, way more plausible than a 3-4 week old chick laying an egg.
That gap isnt big enough for my hens to get through, and even if it was I doubt a hen would find a way to fly in there, lay a teeny tiny egg, and then leave.

Which means both are impossible.Sure, but my coop was locked up. No one aside from myself was able to get in and I definitely didnt plant it
But a wild bird could get thru there. That gap isnt big enough for my hens to get through, and even if it was I doubt a hen would find a way to fly in there, lay a teeny tiny egg, and then leave.
Sure, if a wild bird was in my coop. But there wasn't. And why would a wild bird choose to lay on the floor of my brooder?Which means both are impossible.
