Chick left behind, cold!

Our Silkie has been sitting on an egg and today it hatched. Once it hatched, she got off of it and left it. I am guessing it was left for a couple of hours before I found it. I have it inside under a heat lamp. It's chirping a little bit and moving. But what concerns me is it seems to want to keep it's head/neck curled under.

Any suggestions on how to keep this chick alive?

give it some water with vitamins and electolytes or if you don't have that a little sugar water.
