Chick limping, odd thing on joint?

I just noticed a chick started limping and that joint looks odd. Here's a pic. Advice please?

That looks like an injury. I would keep an eye on it, but if it is injury, it should heal quickly.

It's been a few days and I don't see any improvement, is there anything I should do?

If there's no improvement at this point, you have a few choices.

1 - consult a vet
2 - cull
3 - care for a disabled bird
