Chick might need help?

This egg pipped last night so I left it and assumed it would hatch over night. I came back to the membrane gone from the hole and what looks to be part of the chick. Though I can't tell which part. I haven't heard much from it and my first hatched chick seems concerned about it. It's been about 12 hours since it popped. I fear he might be backwards and having a tough time.

Chicks can take up to 24 hours from pip to out, so this one's not done yet perhaps. They take a lot of breaks and naps.

Even if it is pipping at the wrong end, they made a hole so are getting air and still should be able to get out.
