i love brahmas i was gonna get some at tractor supply but all they had was lf and we had enough chickens at the time plus they were straight run i know how that would work out for me. one of my millies is sitting on button quail eggs hatch should be today but they can wait as long as 20 days so that will be her 4 hatch this spring- fall. do u have any roos

pick a theme and use names from them.

for a example,say the chicken owne is into computer geekery,in fact am talking about self with this description as they are all the names of the cochins of mine :p

basil,cinammon,juniper,nutmeg,rosemary,sage.saffron....

just think of something have got a lot of interest in,and go from there,look up the names associated with it if have to.
bro in law wanted the cochins to be called after transformers,that coud be an idea for someone who likes that sort of stuff.

Wow well Mine is 8 out of 31 chickens so yes more than I wanted but not too bad if you dont mind a rooster. I keep saying no more roosters but then I keep thinking of who I want tp breed and if I have a roo to match ,,, yea there will be more.

Oh I will not get rid of him he looks stunning. I cant wait to breed him with the milles next spring. My golden sebrite roo has claimed one of the mille duccle hens and is actively mating with her.. ugh.. Although those would be beautiful babies. Maybe I can start a project with those 2..
