1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Healthy 3yr White Leghorn.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
She has poop stuck to her feathers almost up to her vent and there’s a yellowish whitish fluid that seems to continually be coming out of her (only saw her for a few minutes) Also they currently have some lice but I’m not sure if she has some.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Only noticed when I went to shut the chickens in this evening.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No!
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
She seems fine.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Looks normal.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Just wiped gently some of the poop off will bath her tomorrow.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
All myself.
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
Can do that tomorrow.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Wood shavings in a wooden coop.

trim up any of the feathers that are extremely poopy near the vent and pictures are needed. Has there been any change in feed/diet? Has she gone down in pecking order or become lethargic?

This morning she was in the nest box and stayed there all morning (I had to go out) until I got her out to back her. I annoyingly forgot to get a photo before I bathed her. The poop that was stuck to her looked normal, the bath water was very dirty afterward. I used epsom salts, she did drink some of the water i managed to get her clean water to drink while she was in the bath. I trimmed the feathers and I will probably put athlete foot treatment on her vent later. She is drying of now in our warmest room (our house is cold.) But she is lethargic band not drinking anymore and hasn’t eaten a thing. She also has a squishy swollen crop (sour crop?) that made a gurgling sound when I massaged it. I’m thinking she got egg bound and the egg broke inside her. Not sure how to get the rest of the egg out. Here is a photo of her poop after the bath that doesn’t look normal.
