Two chicks hatched at about 6:30 PM yesterday and he's still not standing up! It's hatch mate is standing and fine. It look like his toes curl some and his legs look kinda thin compaired to it's hatch mate. Will it be ok? it there anything I can to do help? It wants to stand and play with the other chick but can't.

I think he could be deformed

I think it is normal for chicks just hatched not eating/drinking for up to 2 to 3 days. They still have the yolk sac incorporated in their bodies and are taking nutrients from that. If you want to feed from eyedropper, I would just offer water with electrolytes. They don't need food as much as water.

Can't help with the feet issue. Sorry.

Spraddle leg maybe? You can tape the toes to straighten them out, and if the legs are spraddle you can tape those too. I had a chick with spraddle leg so I taped the legs with vetwrap for two days and she is doing great now.
