Tiny space in a brooder with a heat lamp makes it impossible for chicks to cool down if they absorb too much heat. So heat exhaustion could be your chick's problem.

I had a chick that became constipated after eating too many meal worms. I confess to the stupidity of getting carried away when visitors stopped by and were being entertained by the meal worm pandemonium. A few hours later, my chick was lethargic and not moving around.

I gave it a half teaspoon of coconut oil and that helped the blockage clear so the chick could poop again.

Oh, yeah I've got a heat lamp. Its pretty far above them so I might be able to remove it during the day. I think we have coconut stuffs. Not sure which to give, or which to give first, coconut oil or the Growgel?
 
It covers about 4 foot-sized tiles

I'm glad no one is like "ITS MEREKS" or some other terminal disease that Google would give me because I really don't feel like its sick or going to die. Just something not right and I want to make bebe feel better.
Also... really don't want it to be something like that. ^^;

Give the chick the coconut oil and the gro-gel. Do it immediately. I use the coconut oil in its solid state. Chill it if it's liquid. I slip tiny bits of the oil into the chick's beak until I get half a teaspoon into it.

Your brooder is much too small. The bare minimum size, even with chicks this small, would be around two feet by three feet.

If you can find a thermometer, place it on the floor of the brooder right beneath the heat lamp. It shouldn't be over 80-85F. Then place it farthest away from the heat footprint. It should be considerably cooler. If the brooder is all one temp, the chicks can't shed excess heat, and that will make them sick, and they could die if they are overheated for too long.

I've just removed the thermometer because they were pooping on it, I'll put it back.
Feeding chick is easier said than done. I ended up putting the coconut oil in a CC injector that we used to give the cats flea meds with (cleaned, of course) and managed to squirt a tiny worm of coconut down its mouth. Its still very lethargic.
I've mixed up the green stuff but I can only feed one thing at a time. Its not wanting to eat this foreign stuff.
 
Chick seems otherwise happy... making happy peeps even after having been force-fed the coconut worm.
Also found that there's not much in the craw, so its not been eating. Also hasnt pooped yet, but its only been a little bit.
 
Okay chick has been successfully given a little over 1/4 teaspoon. How much can a two week old chick eat?
I'm trying to liquidize the gel so I can give it via CC tube, also.
