Chick not well

Hi there i have a chick who is 3 months old and isnt well. I have attached some photos. His neck bone is showing and he has dropped his wings. When I take him out in the morning his crop isnt flat either and doesnt each much. Also he is always gathered together while the other chicks are eating. Could someone please help.

I would separate him, give him a heat lamp, then try to get him hydrated and coax him to eat in solitary.

It does not look like any chicken I have seen before.

The beak looks like a crows beak, no feathers on the face and neck from what I can tell. Looks strange. Is it a chicken or wild bird?

Hi yes it is a chicken its a different of chicken. Its called Aseel they look a bit different to regular chickens.

I am from the UK and the chicken is an Aseel breed they look a bit different to average chickens but they are chickens. It doesnt have much feathers i dont know why chicks of similar age have more feathers.
