Chick peeped but nothing more has happend overnight

Hi guys it's my first time hatching eggs, the humidity is at 70% the temp is right and one of the four eggs have started to hatch but it's only a bit of the shell that's broken off is it normal for a chick to take this long to hatch???

Yes....It takes hours.....They rest lots between piping and zipping....During that time they are absorbing the yolk...

Okay it just looks like the membrane is drying out which I'm worried about but it's not a massive hole the chicks poked thanks for your help x
