Chick poop on their fluffy feathers, should I get it off?

It's not sticky vent, I checked that but some have poop near the vent, one has it on her chest. Should I dip it in warm water and wipe it away like how you clean a vent, or should I leave it?

If it's not that bad, it will probably be fine, but if you want to, you can wipe it off with a damp paper towel. You may want to refrain from dipping her in water because she may catch a chill.
