Chick problems

This little chic isn't doing so well. Her vent looks strange!! Any ideas?

Check her for pasty butt, and remove any droppings with soapy water. Take a QTip and apply some oil to her vent opening in case she is constipated. Dip her beak into water several times an hour to get her drinking. Make sure that you are using a thermometer on the floor of her brooder so the temperature is about 90 with a cooler spot to go to. Is there anything sticking out of her vent such as a prolapse?
