Chick seems to be having seizures and feathers are bare at body

Hi all! I have a 3 week old Amberlink that I got last weekend. She appears to be having random seizures, where her body shakes and sometimes her head tilts back (but not always). Her feathers also seem to be bare right at the base (photo attached).

I have no idea what could be wrong besides maybe something neurological, or maybe a vitamin deficiency of some sort? Any help would be greatly appreciated! She’s super sweet and we don’t want to lose her if there’s something we can do to help.

We need a lot more info to be able to help you and your bird. Have a look at the first post of this thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...d-supportive-care-updated-01-17-2021.1048620/ and work through the advice in the first post there of what to look for, and report back, ideally with photos of the whole bird and its poop. And info on where she lives and what she eats.

Then the community here may be able to offer some useful advice on what's wrong and how to make it better.
