Yeah, I agree...do they have to be so rough with the babies but I guess if one person has to go thru 20,000 chicks a day it probably becomes just like any other job - mundane! And of course it was all men doing the sexing so they don't see cute lil' balls of fluff like women would. If women were doing the sexing, could you imagine all the baby talk that would be goin' on in there?! Not to mention, maybe those poor lil' babies would be handled a lil' better...
