His barring is much more pronounced and his coloring, including his feet is a bit lighter than the others. Also the dot on his head isn't as pronounced as the others, it's more blended.

Our chicks who ended up being cockerels had more pronounced combs early on, about a month old or so, than our chick who was a pullet. The pronounced coloring could be an indicator but it may be too soon to say for sure.
