Chick size?

I have one BO that hatched from a large lot of eggs. It is now two weeks old and is so much smaller than the three week old's I have, too. Do I need to be concerned? She is also the feistiest of all 13 of them! She stands on the little hamster house I put in the brooder and yells at anyone who comes near her!

Apparently I too have a runt. I've made several posts expressing my concern, but so far (knock on wood) she(?) is still amongst us. At 5 weeks, she is a bit less than half the size of the others and still has a fuzzy butt. I did hapen to notice today that there are 2 (count 'em, 2) feathers coming on her (?) shoulders! There is hope!
