Chick Still Attached to Egg

My second chick hatched about half an hour ago. It's cheeping and active, but the umblical cord is still attached to the egg. Is this ok, will it pull free soon, should I worry?

It should just break loose on its own I have had one little guy drag half his egg shell around for hours but usually they drop off after a few minutes, as long as theres no bleeding he should be good .
