Chick stuck in egg before pipping?

We are hatching 7 chicken eggs. One hasn’t popped externally and the other 6 did almost a day ago. If I candle the eggs the airsac looks weird and I can’t see the chick moving or making noises. I can see it’s beak but it’s barely moving. I don’t know if I should assist or give it until tomorrow. I’m just so afraid it’s going to suffocate and die. Any advice would be great. Help please!!

Thank you! It was a such a disappointment. We have a 7 egg incubator so this was our first successful hatch where all 7 took with eggs from our own chickens. Really wanted all 7 to make it but we have 6 healthy beautiful little chicks.

Here they are..quite the variety in color lol
