chick stuck in membrane

new at this...let mama hen go broody.
they are hatching now.
2 successful
2 were hatched, but flattened
1 has shell gone, but membrane around it.

i am letting mother nature take it course; however, i feel like it need to help the chick out.

thoughts???

If the shell is gone I'd help it a little bit. Open the membrane up and let it get some air. Just be careful doing it, or allow nature to take it's course.

i hate thinking about it struggling, but am trying not to disturb mama and other chicks.

You must have disturbed them when you noticed it was out of the shell but not the membrane. Personally I'd take that one away from momma hen and help it out, then try to return it after it's out.
