Chick stuck on bottom of incubator

Hi, so its day 21 for my chicks, and my incubator i bought has holes on the sides and i though it would be ok, but when my chick hatched, i found her at the bottom of the incubator. she is fine and is walking around, but i would need to unscrew the bottom to get her. And i still have 8 eggs in there and some have pipped. So do you guys have any ideas to get her out?

She should be fine as long as she can't get into the water dishes. Let the other chicks hatch, and maintain lock down, before trying to retrieve, who know you might end up with more down there. Chicks are fine 24-48hrs after hatching w/o food or water.

ok i will try to get some pictures!. and how long can she stay in the incubator for? like with the temperature and humidity still high.

How is the chick doing? Did any more fall down? If they are dry it might be time to try extracting the one below.
