Chick suddenly falling backwards, no balance! Help!!

I just noticed one of my barred rock mix chicks is falling backwards. She can't stand on her feet, no forward movement or balance. Her feet quiver when she lays on her side. I didn't notice it this morning. She's maybe 5 or 6wks. Others seem fine. What could it be and what do I give her??
When I hold up her wings and move her forward, she isn't getting how to walk that easily. Yes, she was totally normal this morning and running, pecking at others...
Help!

my old english do the same thing they are fine then all of a sudden they lose ballance and start falling backwards then laying on there backs

I dont know what causes it either

We had this happen just today, fine 2 hours ago then falling over and dead within 20 mins. Barely got her moved to her own brooder before she died. Have no idea what happened! Worried for our other chicks now, and have some sad little kids.
