What temperature can six week old chicks be at and be fine?

How feathered are they? They typically can go out by now but it's a cold winter.

I start when they are born at 90-95°F and decrease about 5 °F each week
Week 1 90-95°F
Week 2 90-85°F
Week 3 85-80°F
Week 4 80-75°F
Week 5 75-70°F
Week 6 70-65°F

Edit: Depending on the feathers, and weather or not they are inside or outside, as the average house temp is fine for 4-6 Week old chicks

If they're fully-feathered, acclimated, dry, and out of the drafts they can take pretty much what adults of their breed can handle.

If not fully-feathered and not acclimated they will need to be weaned off heat more carefully.

My Australorps feather out quickly, in part because I raise them outdoors, and I've had them out in 45F at 4 weeks with no heat.
