Chick Upper Respitory Infection (need advice!!)

My four week old chick has a runny nose and is sneezing, someone said it might be an upper respitory infection, so I've been looking all over the interenet trying to find something for him. I also heard of Oxine and Vet RX, Vet RX is cheaper, but I've never tried any of these and I don't know if I should get the Vet Rx or go with the Oxine, so if someone can help me out that would be great.
