Chick w/ sour crop?

Hey! I think my baby has sour crop, i do need advice! Ive tried things but they arent working, touching her she doesnt move, shes about 4 months, very quite, stands alone, its horrible. her crop is also dough like and squishy. Should i take her to the vet? she is also pretty tiny, and is in with some 3 month olds and is smaller. She just stands there, doing nothing.

Ill try and get some. It really gives no info on her cause her major thing is a doughy crop and lethargicish. So pics wouldnt do much other then her sleeping

She isnt breathing a ton, she feels like shes going to go, i feel like i need a vet.

Thank you, i dont think theres much even i can do. She seems weaker, the vets are a few hours away and im doubtful she can make it that long. Im still looking and massaging her crop,
