Can you please give more information?
She's doing well, but not getting better - please explain that - what is she doing - does she have symptoms - lethargy, the wound is not healing/infected, not eating/drinking, etc....

Updated photos of her, her wound and her poop may be helpful too.

she is eating and drinking well, i can send a pic but i am out of town for 3 weeks, she is kind of lethargic, but not too bad

If you can get photos that might help.
Lethargy could be from an infected wound or since she's young Coccidiosis comes to mind as well.

ok i will try to get photos she seems a bit more lethargic, she also has a lump on her neck, i think its an abscess from the infection, or it could be something else
