Chick with a red beak?

We noticed one of our chicks this morning has the end of her beak red. It’s possible we picked her up like this and just now noticed? We’ve only had ours 4 days; they’re a week old or less. Did she injure it? Is it just a color thing? These are Welbar pullets, if that makes a difference.

It look's to be a normal color. My Bielefelder's get that too.
