Chick with bloody face, what to do?

I think my two chicks may have been pecking at each other, not sure since I didn't see what happened, however the smaller one's face is really red. Not sure what to put on it, any suggestions? I have blue cote but afraid to spray near the eye. See attached picture. Thanks!

I'm new to this so I don't think I can help much. However, if they are pecking at her/him I would seperate them to prevent further pecking, until someone with experience can help you more.

You can put the blue kote on a Q tip or cotton ball and rub it on. I've done that before. Be ready for blue fingers for a day or two but it works!
