I have a 6 week old chick that got her eye pecked pretty good 3 days ago threw the bars of the brooder cage, and I inspected her and moved the cage out of reach from the hens, the eye wasn't punctured and it was just red and swollen, but now it has bubbles in it and is still swollen and red how do I cure this if I can

Pictures?

it sounds like URI (upper respiratory infection) also known as Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG). You can treat with Tylan 50 injectable once a day everyday for 5 days. You can get it at your local farm store.
