Chick with crooked/bent toes. How do I fix them?

My smallest chick is about 3 weeks old and the majority of its toes are bent/crooked. It's very energetic and likes to play in the backyard, but its toes worry me because I'm concerned it won't be able to perch and roost as it gets older. It also has a growth problem, as all the others chicks have surpassed it in size. I'll show a picture of the size and the toes.

you can make little shoes with a bit of cardboard and medical tape, securing the toes in a straight position. usually only takes a couple of days for them to start growing straight (though earlier the better to fix this kinda thing)

you might also want to get nutridrops for a bit to see if it is anything to do with nutrition.

Noted. Thanks for you advice! I'll try and make those shoes as soon as possible.

good luck, a lot of the time it works as long as the chick doesnt have other issues. they'll hate it at the time but a couple days in weird shoes is worth it
