Chick with Curled Toes

I was checking all of my chicks today and my Speckled Sussex Chicks toes are curled to the side. Is there any way that I can treat this?

Put chicken podiatry in the search an you wll get a thfead that deals with this but it must be done asap.7

I tried to use the home made splints that were recommended and she just wasn't having it. I think her size and age played a role in that. I decided to take her to my vet whom has great experience with "farm animals" she also deals quite a lot with wild birds. She said she delt with foot problems in birds quite often so she wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg luckily Right now she has splints on each toe which she doesn't seem to mind at all, and shes due for a check up next week. Looking good. Thank you for all of your advice!
