Well she removed the boot on her own after 3 days and foot is all uncurled she lookes just like the others now.

I'm really glad I saw this thread. One of mine has this issue AND a twisted leg. Initially, I had used that clear medical tape but it came off and I didn't want to traumatize it further. I'm going to head back in through with the fabric medical tape and a quarter (thanks for the idea). I'm just going to have to be more stubborn than my chicken I guess.


Also, I found that the cuff of a baby sock is FABULOUS for stopping baby chicks from totally freaking out if you have to do this by yourself.

Actually the Peeps still had Plastic on them so my Daughter did eat them. Thought it was a great Photo op. LOL
