I would look for any other symptoms, such as sneezing often, or breathing problems, feel the crop to make sure that it feels up with food and water during the day, but emptying out overnight. Look her over for any tiny bugs around her vent, that might be lice or mites.

The most common illness in young chickens is coccidiosis, and it causes weakness, hunching, no appetite, diarrhea, and sleepiness. Corid (amprollium) from your local feed store can be used in the water to treat it. Dosage is 2 tsp of liquid Corid, or 1.5 tsp of powder Corid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Give the chick the liquid with a dropper if she is not drinking enough. Giving a couple of drops orally of the undiluted liquid is helpful twice a day with a really sick chick.
