No. Not unless the others start pecking it.
The would start Corid asap.

Coccidiosis will kill it far quicker than lice or mites..... If you don't have some Corid, it would be advisable to go get some asap. You will find it in the cattle section of your local feed store. Things can go downhill rapidly with coccidiosis and it can spread to your other chicks via poop. Better to start treatment now as wait and it be too late or the shops be closed. The action of Corid is quite mild on the body, so it is safer to treat and it perhaps not have been necessary as not treat and them decline and possibly die.

ok... got the corid and mixed in thier water... have pictures of diareah, not sure if its other chicks now too or if it is the one that is already sick... i also have better pics of sick chick...

I am glad you got the Corid started. If you have the liquid you can give a couple of drops orally with a dropper to give her a jump start. If she continues eating okay, a tsp of plain yogurt can help get her gut bacteria back to normal during and after the treatment. Let us know how she gets along.
