Chick with Distorted Legs *Need Help Quick

I have only hatched chicks once before, and this is my second time. One of my chicks that hatched came out with its legs red and bent at a weird angles. Today is the 4th or 5th day that they have been hatched, and the chick looks like it needs help badly. The chick shakes around a lot, and it cant stand up or walk. The angle where the leg is bent is very bloody. If this is a common injury, does anyone know what the fix is. If it is not common, should i put it asleep?

No matter how I have tried and helped chicks like that the outcome was never good so now I just cull them and put them out of thier misery
