Chick with eyes stuck closed needs help

One of my week old chicks has both eyes closed all of the time. She seems to be eating and drinking, but the eyes never open. What should I do?

I would just wait a few more days, some chicks do that.. it even depends on the breed sometimes.. what kind is it?

And if it has constant eye crusties, it may be a sign of an eye infection.. but can be treated with antibiotics, that u can get at a local feed store or tractor supply. hope this helps.
