It could be a sign of wry neck (torticlois) which can be a symptom of head or neck injuries, a vitamin B1 thiamine or E deficiency, and of certain diseases. How old is she? Can you give 400 IU of human vitamin E and a little scambled egg daily? Egg has selenium and thiamine. What do you feed her? Could she have gotten hurt?

She is about 10-12 weeks old, I only feed her the regular chick crumble and I don’t think I have anything that could hurt her.
