Chick with head hanging to one side!? Help!

My chick hatched yesterday and it's head is hanging to one side! What's wrong with it? It also kinda tries to get up but then flops down on the side it's head hangs. Help!!!

Could you post a picture? Did you check it to see if it has any injuries?

I can't figure out how to post pics and no it has no injuries it came out of the shell that way.

Also she really can't stand. She looks like the whole world is spinning and she just can't stay up.
