I have a 2 week old cornish chick that had an inflamed, swollen, red foot. that has now moved to its knee/hock. It still eats and drinks, but it cant walk, it just flops around and gets stepped on alot. So i removed it and one other (for company) to a box in the house. I started giving it medicated water (antibiotic). Is there anything else I can do?

Add aspirin at the rate of fice 5 grain aspirin per gallon of water.

What are you feeding them? Also if you feel the hock is the tendon in or out of place?

I am feeding them unmedicated chick started from the farm store. I couldnt tell you if the tendon is out of place, I am no good at stuff like that. All I can tell you is that It can kind of push with that leg, but cant uncurl the toes. The toes arent curled tight, but cant relax either. I hope something didnt get broke.
