Chick with lame leg

This isn’t really an emergency but we have a chick that hatched with a lame leg.

What are some ways I can help it?

It’s 5 days old and eating/drinking just fine
 
Can you describe the leg and if the chick can walk? Pictures are also helpful. If you have not started vitamins, get something with vitamin B2 (riboflavin,) such as certain chick vitamins, Polyvisol, or human B complex tablets. Dosage of the tablet would be 1/4 tablet daily crushed into a spoonful of water and fed to the chick with a dropper or syringe. Does she move the leg? Slipped tendons can be common, and some may have a leg bone deformity. Some issues cannot be helped. Here is an article about slipped tendon:
