chick with one eye closed

One of our baby chicks is behaving normal except for one thing, her left eye is closed. Is this a symptom of a larger problem? Should we be concerned? Please help.
 
Cocci is the first thing that comes to mind. When mine have done this I've treated them IMMEDIATELY with Ambrol. IMO one eye closed in a chick IS a sign of something bigger.
