Chick with ratty feathers?

Any ideas why this chick has ratty feathers like this? Silver Spangled Appenzeller Spitzhauben. The other 15 chicks look normal. We did have to nurse it back to life when it arrived from shipping, but it's 2 weeks old now. A picture of the chick and of a normal feathered chick.

I wondered that too, but I've never seen a frizzled Appenzeller. This is what our adult girl looks like. They are not from her though.

If she's healthy otherwise, that could be somehow possible that's what that is. Otherwise, there would be no reason for her feathers to be looking funky like that.
