Chick with SWOLLEN head and neck/shoulder areas

A Maran chick that we hatched from local fertilized eggs has a very swollen head, neck and wing area. Like it’s a bubble around her.

What is this?
Will she survive?
Can my other chickens get sick?

It possibly is a leaking air sac. Can you see a vet? Is the chick having trouble breathing—it looks a bit like it is gasping in the pictures? What other symptoms have you seen? If it is a leaking air sac from an injury, you can try to deflate it with an 18 gauge needle and syringe. Here is a video on removing air from a leaking air sac:

Yes, she seem to be gasping. There have been no other symptoms.
