chick with trouble balancing

I have a little serama chick that will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. The last day or so she has been lagging behind the others. Today she is alright standing but when she starts walking, shegoes a few steps then falls onto her breast and just kinda scoots along. Any ideas what's wrong with her?

I wouldn't begin to know, but you might want to post in the emergencies section and see if you get help there if no one here can help. I've noticed that there are a lot of very experienced people that seem to jump on those posts very quickly.
